Trailer: Ghost Trick
At the recent Tokyo Game Show, Capcom was showing of a new title called Ghost Trick. From what we can see so far (not much) it looks to be a kind of puzzle game, with all the style of an action/adventure game.
The lead character is actually dead right from the beginning, but don’t let that fool you into thinking it’s game over. The character’s spirit can possess objects around him and in this way you can interact with other on-screen elements. No word yet on whether Capcom plans to bring this game to the US, although that would certainly be awesome.
Check out this quick demo from G4 that shows how you can possess a guitar, in the hopes that doing so could help save your girlfriend. (And yes, I realize how silly that sounds)

Maestro! Jump in Music
Coming this fall from PastaGames is a yet another amazingly original game that shows exactly how fun the Nintendo DS platform can be. If you enjoyed Rhythm Heaven, you’ll most likely go completely apesh*t for Maestro! Jump in Music. I’d try to explain how the game works, but it might be best if I just show you a demo. Scribblenauts: Another Simplistic DS Showstopper
The success of the DS platform has been driven by very simple, yet amazingly enjoyable titles. Nintendo is poised to continue this trend with Scribblenauts, and new game from 5th Cell coming in September. This game generated some serious hype at E3, with 3 major publications calling it the best game of the conference.
From the E3 demo the game looks pretty stunning. You can essentially type in any object you can think of, like a salad, a flame-thrower, or even God and use it during game play.
Here’s a look at the trailer:
We Ninjas are invincible, and do not require support from anyone. However, our IT guy Clyde does need to be paid. So consider buying Scribblenauts through our Amazon Affiliates Link.. Do it for Clyde. He’s weak.
EA announces new Ninja game ‘Shonen Kininden Tsumuji’
EA has announced a new original Ninja game called ‘Shonen Kininden Tsumuji.’ And nobody is more excited than DSNinja.com. Sadly, those M’er F’ers at EA haven’t told us jack squat about this game aside for a few measley details and one lousy screenshot. Apparently the story will be about a Ninja boy who lives peacefully in a Ninja village with his Ninja family. That is, until Bert Racoon wakes up his village is attacked, and he has to fight back. Check out the screenshot below. You’re going to have to rely on your imagination for now. C’mon EA, give us something!

Rhythm Heaven: Here Before it Arrived
In addition to an overview of the DSi’s new hardware features, Nintendo had two big DS game announcements at the Game Developers Conference. I use the word “big” very loosely here, because neither game is huge surprise. They announced Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks, which frankly I find hard to get excited about.
